Every project starts with the same question: which service actually solves the problem? This page is the short answer: what we do, when each service is the right fit, and where to read more.
The umbrella service. When the project spans multiple rooms (or the whole house) this is where planning starts.
Cabinetry, countertops, layout, and lighting: planned so you approve the finished look before demolition starts.
Full renovations, tub-to-shower conversions, and walk-in showers: the most-requested projects we build.
Permitting, project management, structural work, and coordination when the scope goes beyond a single trade.
When remodeling can't create the space you need, an addition can: designed, permitted, and built by one team.
Lanais, outdoor kitchens, and pergolas built for year-round Florida use.
Built-ins, pantries, and kitchen or bath cabinetry. We're a Fabuwood dealer with door styles on display at the showroom.
Tile, luxury vinyl plank, and wood: installed room by room or throughout the home.
Interior painting, trim, and the finish carpentry that makes a remodel look complete.
Offices, showrooms, and tenant buildouts with the same crew and standards.
Cabinetry door styles are on display at the showroom.
That's the normal starting point. A dated kitchen might need a remodel, new cabinetry, or just new counters and paint, and the honest answer depends on the space, the budget, and how long you're staying in the home. Describe the project to us and we'll tell you which scope fits, even when it's the smaller one.
You don't need drawings or a Pinterest board to get started, but a few things make the first conversation more useful:
From there, a walkthrough and an itemized proposal turn ideas into a scope you can actually compare.
Our custom remodeling projects often combine several of the services above. A kitchen project might include cabinetry, flooring, paint, and a structural change, all under one contract. That's the point of working with one licensed team: one schedule, one point of contact, one crew responsible for the result. Clients' reviews keep repeating the same two notes (steady communication and a jobsite left clean each night) no matter which service the project starts with.
We're based in Fort Myers and serve the surrounding Southwest Florida markets:
Commercial projects run on the same footprint: offices, showrooms, and tenant buildouts across Lee, Collier, and Charlotte counties.
