Painting & Finish Work in Fort Myers, FL
Walk into a finished room and your eye goes straight to the details: crisp caulk lines, mitered corners that actually meet, paint that’s cut clean at the ceiling. That last five percent of the work creates ninety percent of the impression, and it’s the part most crews rush. We handle painting and finish carpentry across Fort Myers as the closing act of our remodels and as standalone projects, with the same crews whose trim work convinced a local builder to bring us back home after home.

Painting & Finish FAQs
Do you handle small projects, or only full remodels?
Both. Finish work closes out most of our remodels, and we take standalone painting and trim projects (from River District condos to gated communities out east) as scheduling allows.
What makes trim work “good”?
Tight miters, scribed fits against imperfect walls, consistent reveals, and caulk lines you don’t notice. It’s craft, not product, which is why we keep it in-house instead of subbing it to the lowest bidder.
How often do exteriors need repainting here?
Sooner than up north. UV and rain shorten the cycle, and coating grade moves it by years. We’ll tell you what the existing coating suggests.
Can you match existing trim in an older home?
Usually yes, by combining stock profiles or building up layers. Where an exact match isn’t practical, we’ll show you the closest option before anything is installed.
Do you spray or brush?
Whichever the surface calls for: sprayed enamel on doors and casework, rolled walls, brushed cut lines. The scope spells out the method by surface.
