• Vanity clearance: Wall-mounted or open-bottom vanities with knee clearance allow wheelchair approach. Lever-style or touchless faucets are easier to operate than knob handles.

Florida has its own accessibility requirements under the Florida Building Code (FBC), which references the Florida Accessibility Code.
