Alliance Construction & Renovation is a remodeling and general contracting company based in Fort Myers, Florida. Our core work is the whole-home remodel and the kitchens and baths inside it, built across Southwest Florida. We keep our own showroom on Metro Pkwy so clients make material decisions in person instead of from a catalog.

Alliance is led by Natan Colodetti, CEO and President. Meet the team supporting client communication, sales, design, project management, finance, and day-to-day operations from the first conversation through project completion.
How We Work
Selections happen up front (at the showroom, with an on-screen design preview when the project calls for it) so you can see the plan before we open a wall.
Your estimate spells out what’s included and what isn’t. That’s what makes bids comparable and holds us to what we proposed.
The people who plan your project are the people responsible for delivering it, and reviewers regularly note the crew cleans up the site at the end of each workday.
